g<\/li>\n<li>2 x\u00edcaras de \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gosto<\/li>\n<li>Salsinha e cebolinha picada a gosto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Modo de Preparo:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Primeiro iremos fazer o Arroz.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma panela coloque 3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva, 1 cebola pequena picada e 1 colher (sopa) de Alho Picado Ati-Gel congelado e espere dourar.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s dourar acrescente 1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de arroz e deixe fritar um pouco, mexendo para n\u00e3o deixar queimar.<\/p>\n<p>Adicione 2 x\u00edcaras de \u00e1gua e tempere com sal a gosto.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma panela, coloque 300 g de Br\u00f3colis Ati-Gel, cubra com \u00e1gua quente e adicione sal a gosto.<\/p>\n<p>Cozinhe at\u00e9 que os cabos dos br\u00f3colis estejam macios.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de cozidos, pique os br\u00f3colis e reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma panela frite com Alho Picado Ati-Gel no azeite at\u00e9 que fique dourado.<\/p>\n<p>Junte o br\u00f3colis e refogue.<\/p>\n<p>Acrescente o arroz cozido e misture at\u00e9 que fique uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s misturado, desligue o fogo e
